Pierce Architects was the design architect for the Alpenrose Redevelopment. The redevelopment included the complete renovation of the building interiors. The first level and basement are dedicated to the restaurant and the upper two levels to residential use. PA provided space planning, consultant coordination and construction documentation for the core and shell.
