Following our successful remodel of the Lionshead Double Diamond Ski Shop Pierce Architects was retained by the owner to expand the ski and boot operations into an adjacent storefront previously occupied by a restaurant. Working on a strict timeline and budget, we met the owner’s expectations allowing the contractor to complete construction in time for the opening day of the 2014 ski season at Vail.
