Located adjacent to lower simba run in Lionshead, this ski-in ski-out was originally contracted in the mid 1980’s careful analysis of the zoning regulations provided an opportunity for a significant addition to the home.

The upper level received the most significant “make-over” with a new kitchen and dining area. A new master bedroom suite was added to the main level with views to the ski slopes, the gondola, and the treed hillside beyond.
