We did a complete interior/exterior renovation on the Ramshorn Condominiums. Close work with the Town of Vail resulted in mutually beneficial plans to expand and upgrade the Ramshorn. An additional level was added to this three story building across from Golden Peak and the Riva Bahn Express lift.

In contrast to other Vail hotel/condominium developments such as Solaris and the Four Seasons, the Ramshorn is on a distinctly smaller scale. The design approach has been one of fitting in rather than overwhelming the site.
